Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Business Analyst with expertise in Mobile applications, Salesforce, and Agile methodologies. As an integral part of our IT team, the candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery in Mobile and Salesforce environments. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects involving Mobile applications and Salesforce. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus. Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and technologies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
