Technical Requirements: 10+ years of implementation project management experience with Oracle financial and HCM business suits and Fusion b. Experience in project and program management of Oracle ERP HCM systems (at least five three full suite implementations, two or more in 12.2, and two in the cloud) c. Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Services, OBIEE / OBIA, Supply Chain Management, Taleo, Salesforce, Oracle CRM, and deep knowledge of industry best practices for implementing Human Resources solutions d. Adapt to shifting priorities and timelines, demonstrating strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities e. Lead project management activities and project deliverables (including preparation and management of project documents (i.e., Project Charter, Project Plans, Project Status Updates, Issue and Action Item Log, Meeting Agendas, Project Specific Deliverables, etc.). f. Manage the creation and execution of thorough testing scenarios, document results, and develop remediation plans to address unmet business requirements for all testing phases (Unit through UAT, Integration, and regression). g. Solid Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Agile methodologies and best practices. h.
