Job Title: PROD Support Technical Lead (Java) Location: Irving, TX Or Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid) Mandatory Skills: Springboot, PL/SQL, Unix, NewRelic Detailed JD 11 14 years of total IT experience with atleast 5 to 6 years in L1 / L2 PROD Support role Should have experience in Leading a Team of PROD Support Engineers End to End (complete life cycle) including Roaster Preparation Should have hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Unix and Springboot. Experience in NewRelic will be added advantage Should have experience in independently Driving RCA, Owning the resolution and Live Meetings with multiple stakeholders Should be willing to work in shifts and weekend support on need basis Should have exposure to Enterprise Architecture Should have experience in File Processing Batch Processing Telecom Billing / Rating Experience will be added advantage Experience in handling and owning complete ownership of the team is mandatory Should be very good in communication (Verbal + Written) and very good at Collaboration (Multi-vendor work Environment) Need to commit longevity in the team.
