Role: SAP SuccessFactors Product Manager/Analyst with Talent Management and Learning Modules (LMS Location-Seattle, WA / Remote Job Type-Long Term We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join our dynamic team!! As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of SAP Successfactor projects. 5+ years of experience within HR Domain. Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Demonstrable experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a focus on the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management and Learning Modules (LMS). Solid understanding of talent management and learning processes, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including creating workflows, managing competencies, and implementing performance management systems. SuccessFactors certification is a plus. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration tools and technologies. Eightfold and/or Degreed experience is seen as a merit. Experience in Global IT implementations. Your role will involve coordinating internal resources, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope and on time. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, performing risk management, and creating comprehensive project documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in IT project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Collaborate with Business Users to gather requirements and design solutions that align with their talent management and learning strategies. Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically focusing on Talent and Learning. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to Business stakeholders on standard processes, system functionality, and integration options. Provide solution architectural mentorship to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the SAP SuccessFactors platform. Drive functional and non-functional requirements, conduct analysis, and establish metrics for success. Prepare product decisions and initiate and govern execution of product development. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors product releases, features, and enhancements to provide innovative solutions and recommendations. Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Business and team) to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other systems and platforms as required.
