ServiceNow.

Triage and troubleshoot user queries, concerns about
snowflake platform and/or query/job related issues

  Create, Manage, and
participate in Major Incident bridge calls based on urgency/priority standards.

Create, track, update and close Snowflake vendor related
issues.

Work on catalog requests (for creating/modifying database
objects, Service Accounts, Roles, Data restore etc.) in compliance with naming
standards

Take care of Snowflake front door requests queue to
distribute the incoming requests to different team members
