The ideal candidate will be proficient in Oracle EBS Order Management & Value-Added Services, with a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of product solutioning. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the product management efforts for Oracle EBS Order Management & Value-Added Services, including WIP (Work in Progress) and BOM (Bill of Materials). 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and market trends, and translate them into innovative product solutions. 3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical and functional aspects of the product, serving as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and external clients. 4. Drive product roadmap planning and prioritization based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. 5. Work closely with sales teams to develop compelling product propositions, sales collateral, and go-to-market strategies. 6. Support the sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing customer inquiries. 7. Analyze sales performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities for product enhancement and portfolio expansion. 8. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support. 9. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain our product offerings' competitive edge. 10. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. 2. 12 to 15 years of experience in sales product management, with a focus on Oracle EBS Order Management & Value-Added Services. 3. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules, particularly Order Management and associated value-added services. 5. Demonstrated ability to balance technical proficiency with business acumen, with experience in both technical and functional solutioning. 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 7. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving product innovation. 8. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in mentoring and developing talent. 9.
