Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- Role:- OCM Project lead Location: Austin, TX - Local, Hybrid DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Employees Retirement System of Texas requests the services of one (1) Project Lead 3 personnel, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualifications of a Project Lead 3 and the specifications outlined in this document for the Employees Retirement System (ERS) of Texas. General Description: Performs advanced strategic and project management work for ERS Retirement Insurance System Enhancement (RISE) program. This position will work with the ERS Program Director and the Worker will lead, as the Project Manager, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) project within the RISE program. The Worker will have extensive knowledge of OCM practices and state agency pension and benefits systems for retirement systems. The Worker will conduct assessments and develop work plans to support the objectives of the RISE Program to implement an OCM framework and plans, and iteratively improve those plans over the course of the RISE Program. The Worker will ensure that all OCM deliverables align with the RISE Program and develop the process for a seamless transition to ERS for sustained implementation of OCM, Pre and Post-RISE Go Live. The Worker will maintain the project artifacts and ensure release management in accordance to ERS practices and methods. Worker will provide regularly scheduled progress reports and may provide presentations on the progress of the OCM project to the Program Director, sponsors, and Executive Steering Committee. Additionally, the Worker will ensure the completeness all ERS deliverables and ensure their timely delivery to the ERS selected vendor. The Worker will provide feedback on any project issues and assist the ERS Program Director during these activities. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Years Skills/Experience 10 Experience in Organizational Change Management. 10 Ability to convey complex and highly technical information to a diverse audience; ability to work cooperatively with organizational teams and business customers and ability to provide excellent customer service. 10 Experience defining and solving problems, estimating and scheduling project deliverables, and producing project documentation. 10 Experience reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating OCM project deliverables and quality; ability to communicate project status and explain project methodology and processes to project stakeholders; ability to identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. 10 Extensive verbal and written communication skills 10 Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy. 5 Experience with pension and benefits administration systems. 5 Experience using the Prosci methodology. 5 Experience in project management delivery. 0 Masters degree or Doctorate in areas such as Organization Development, Organization Change Management or similar. ERS is currently under a hybrid model, which involves at least 2 days in the office, and the other days working from home (Days to be in office to be negotiated with your manager). Full remote exceptions will be considered for candidates with demonstrated ability to deliver. If remote is determined by ERS to not be delivering successfully, hybrid on premise will be expected.
