Experience with different reporting in different applications; Workday, Colleague, Powercampus, Salesforce Experience in troubleshooting issues and excellent follow-up skills. Essential Functions/Primary Duties and Responsibilities Maintain day to day support of reporting services and supports clients with query writing and dashboard reporting and analytics. Provide support across different platforms; Workday, Informer, Colleague, Powercampus. Support data mart/warehouse implementation with support, planning, and development. Identify and resolve or lead teams to resolve reporting issues. Serves as liaison between business users and technical staff. Supports a reporting users group for report writers. Provide subject matter expertise on the use of college-wide enterprise reporting services. Maintain a high level of communication with internal and external teams; providing clear, tactful, and complete directives, realistic deliverable deadlines and prompt feedback. Manages and contributes to Enterprise Technology Services projects. Maintain a thorough understanding of existing service offerings and awareness of technical and business direction.
