Position: SAP ABAP Consultant Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Client: TCS Rate: $55/Hr. on C2C JD: Digital : SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for HANA, SAP ERP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). Strong ABAP Programming Skills: This role requires a deep understanding of ABAP programming, which is the programming language used in SAP systems. Hands-on S4H Conversion Experience: The candidate should have practical experience in converting SAP systems to S/4HANA. This involves migrating from older SAP systems to the newer S/4HANA platform. Custom Code Impact Analysis: The ability to analyze existing custom ABAP code and determine how it will be affected by the transition to S/4HANA is crucial. This includes identifying potential issues and proposing solutions. Interface Expertise: The candidate should be skilled in working with SAP interfaces, particularly in the context of S/4HANA. This includes understanding integration patterns, techniques, and protocols. Design and Development of Interfaces/APIs: Experience in designing and developing interfaces and APIs with a focus on reusability and configurability is essential. This implies a strong understanding of SAP's integration capabilities. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
