Job Description: Project Management Written and Verbal Communication Critical Thinking Certified PMP certificate or recognized project manager curriculum is REQUIRED. Candidate will be required to provide certificate at the time of submission to posting. Responsibilities: Oversee project management functions for assigned projects, including the management of work plans, timelines, and evaluation efforts. Engage with external and internal stakeholders, communicating project status to Department Management Teams, workgroups, providers, and advocacy organizations. Develop automated tools to enhance internal processes, making project development and execution more efficient. Qualifications: Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery with high-quality standards. Assemble project plans, direct daily work efforts, identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues appropriately. Track key project milestones, adjusting plans and resources as needed to meet customer requirements. Coordinate communication across the enterprise, addressing scope, budget, risk, and resource considerations. Assist program manager(s) in identifying and prioritizing IT opportunities to achieve enterprise goals. Manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. A more senior role with responsibility for multiple large, complex projects with a significant impact on the enterprise. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Project management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required. 10 to 15 years of IT work experience, including 4 or more years managing projects.
