Position: Oracle Cloud SCM Planning SME Location: (100% Remote role with some travel to Atlanta, GA) Duration: 6 Months Job Description: As the Oracle Cloud Supply Planning SME, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our client towards successful OCSP implementation. You'll leverage your in-depth expertise to: Oracle SCM Cloud implementation lead responsible for establishing the end-to-end business processes and configuration of Oracle Supply Chain capabilities in Oracle cloud SCM Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing for a global client operating in multiple countries with various manufacturing plants around the globe. This consultant will lead business process design, system setup and demos as well as creation of functional specifications building technical RICE (Reports, Extensions, Integrations and Data Conversion) objects and their validation. Identify business requirements, translating business requirements into functional and technical design, building prototypes, creating process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), leading testing and training activities, defining support procedures and SLAs and supporting implementations post go live. Your Experience: 8-12 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud Supply Planning (OCSP) or related enterprise planning systems. Proven track record of success leading and participating in 4-5 end-to-end OCSP implementations in complex manufacturing environments. Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies including demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address challenges in the implementation process. Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools is essential.
