Must have: 3-5 implementations experience in payroll. Experience with Payroll configuration and payroll data conversion for United States Experience with Absence, Core HR. Experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Benefits would be added advantage. Payroll Implementations with Balance Conversions design for United States Integration of Oracle Payroll with Tax Reporting systems Integration of Oracle Payroll with third party Time & Labor systems Need to have excellent communication skills.
