Job Description: We are looking to fill an IO Lead role for an Ecommerce client. This team member would be expected to oversee, guide, and represent our L2 support teams which consists of Windows, RHEL, Middleware, Telecom and Network Administrators. This is a non-technical and non-hands-on role, but qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of technical experience. Responsibilities of this IO Lead would include and not be limited to: Required: Being onsite (Northern IL / Southern Wis) in to interact and build relationships with the client. (Local candidates only). Attend internal and client meetings. Clearly communicate and Report on team status, capacity, and proposed improvements. Can oversee and direct team in KTLO activities and Major Incidents. Prioritizes and schedules work in conjunction with the Client and Off-shore Leads. Ticket Resolution: SR, INC, PRB. Non-ticketing: Upgrades, Patching, Maintenance Activities. Is knowledgeable and experienced in Windows, RHEL, Middleware, Telecom or Network Administration. (Network preferred). Is knowledgeable, experienced, and inspired by the concepts of DevOps and SRE. Is knowledgeable on ServiceNow and ITIL Standards. Looking forward to hearing from you.
