Any healthcare related experience is a big plus, but not required. Top Desired Skills: 1) 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst having worked with multiple stakeholders. This BA will be working with a variety of stakeholders across multiple carriers and needs to be able to easily adapt and have the ability to shift quickly based on priorities. Candidate needs to have a "roll with the punches" mentality as requirements may change/products are in transitional stages and strong communication is a must. 2) Project experience must consist of SDLC projects with API integration as this BA will be supporting web-based application and working with development, testing, etc. This group is building an API center of excellence. This BA will NOT need to know how to code or build API, but they should have experience working with API development teams and integration projects. This person will be sitting with development and leadership teams discussing best practices for consuming Client proprietary externally exposed API's and communicating this process with stakeholders. 3) Experience working in an Agile environment.
