| UX Product Designer Consultant/Expert Location: Dearborn, MI (Remote) Duration: 12 Months Contract USC or GC and H4 EAD only) Interview mode: webcam Remote Role Skills Preferred: Craft beautiful and usable designs for digital products by applying your domain expertise, deep research findings, and collaborating with peers across the product organization. Conduct user research and experiments from planning to synthesis. Play an active role in advocating for a Human-Centered Design process and creating a collaborative environment. Engage and inspire the product organization about our customers' experiences through powerful story-telling of the human-centered design process, research insights, and customer journeys. Lead as a player/coach' owning UX design and mentoring less experienced designers. Experience Required: 4+ years of experience as a UX/Interaction/Product Designer working across a breadth of digital media. 2+ years of experience leading the human-centered design process with highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
