The Delivery Managers experience should involve a mix of technology and business across the IT Lifecycle exploration and analysis, estimation, design, architecture, envisioning and planning, development, QA, deployment, and management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of delivery methods, such as: Scrum, Waterfall, Product, and Support. Responsibilities Responsible for the IT-related activities for the Supply Value Stream applications / capabilities, involving definition, development, maintenance, and operation of systems, as well as for maintaining the areas technological level up to date Implements capability/value stream technology strategies Responsible for end-to-end delivery of sub capability initiatives Partners with Business and IT in introducing new technologies/capabilities Manages diverse portfolio of products, projects, and enhancements to meet the technology strategy Serves as an escalation point for issue/risk management and willing to participate in rotating on-call schedules Serves as Technical owner for multiple applications through all phases from Demand through Warranty, production support and lifecycle management Ensure all delivery methodologies (projects/products) in the area are working efficiently and delivering value Lead the team, providing opportunities for career development and engaging with cross LOB COE teams based on areas of responsibility Manage a team of onshore, near-shore and offshore resources Monitors and manages IT-related costs for a BU capability area Manages talent within capability team which includes Scrum Master / Project Manager / Delivery Architect / Business Analyst / Data Analyst and Developers across technologies. Conducts demand management, capacity planning, and resource management for capability area Manage vendor partners Job Requirements T echnical Skills Must have experience with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe Ability to move between high level architectural review/design and the roll up the sleeves level of doing all phases of an application delivery project Experience participating in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of Financial System and/or Supply Chain and Manufacturing concepts and general module functionality Must have Azure Services / SharePoint Online skills or experience leading a team with these skills Ideal candidate has experience with both Azure and AWS clouds Experience with full-cycle Dynamics 365 FO (Finance and Operations) implementations a plus Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO certifications a plus Other Supply-chain ERP implementation, experience, and certifications a plus Other Qualifications BS/BA/MBA Degree Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills Experience in forming and leading virtual teams and collaborating across large, matrix organizations Proven record of delivering business value from IT Ability to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table Fast learner/self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic Effective listening, communication, and great analysis skills Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities Thanks & Regards, Parimala Technical Recruiter [email protected] Keywords: quality analyst business analyst information technology |
