Job Title/Role: Oracle Database Administrator Location: Winston Salem, North Carolina {Onsite} EXP:10+ Mandatory Skills : Oracle E-Business Suite AND Oracle RAC Detailed JD (Pl share the Detailed Description, 1 liner JD will not work) * Provide Shift and non-shift support for Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle production, test and Development Instances. * Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution. * Troubleshoot and tune Oracle E-Business and Non-ERP Oracle Databases. Contribute to technical performance analysis and enhancement * Utilize Change Management controls to implement Code changes in Production and non-Production instances. * Utilize core database skills to maintain key processes like archiving, monitoring, replication, integrity and security. * Implement and test disaster recovery plan. * Maintain health and compliance of primary production systems by analysis & applying Security Patches periodically * Work on provisioning users and also management of tools like Identity Management & Single Sign-On (SSO). * Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control and testing, and migration standards. * Work well in a cooperative environment that fosters knowledge sharing. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Skills: * Advanced technical skill with Oracle RAC architecture, backup and recovery, database cloning, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle e-Business Suite, Grid, LINUX 7.x Oracle Red Hat AS or beyond. * Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP and Non-ERP database administration tasks like upgrades, patches, user maintenance, troubleshooting, backup management, performance tuning, table space management, data recovery, and disaster recovery planning * Advanced understanding of relational databases (including tables, views, indexes, functions, and replication). * Experience is managing large Oracle RAC based environments * Strong Unix/Linux shell scripting skills. * Database Design both logical and physical. * Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. -- Keywords: information technology procedural language |
