REQUIRED SKILLS: The Solution Architect must have analytical and technical skills to assists in implementing business solutions. The Solution Architect is also required to perform following tasks: - Propose best practices for solution design Conducting workshops Business information gathering Development effort estimation Documentation of solution architecture aspects of the solution EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in any discipline ServiceNow GRC and IRM module implementation experience (like Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy Management, Third-Party Risk Management & Security Modules) Experience in designing solutions for large and complex customers. Good Knowledge of ServiceNow data structure. CSA/CIS Certification is Mandatory and CTA is a plus. Below certifications are an advantage.
