Excellent business and communication skills are a must to develop and define key technical questions. Should be able to work cohesively with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and implement reporting solutions. Job Summary: The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for using their knowledge of software programs and business strategies to help companies maximize productivity and communication. Their duties include talking with management to determine their needs, coordinating with IT professionals to gather information from multiple MFT platforms. The Business Systems Analyst will support cross-functional stakeholders and work with multiple sources and a wide range of Managed File Transfer Systems (MFTS) technologies and systems (e.g. Kiteworks, MOVEit, IPSwitch, etc..) Primary Duties and Responsibilities Creating and maintaining multiple artifacts for the Enterprise Data Team and ISRM. Must be highly organized. Gathering and documenting all key requirements/use cases and tracking completion of them Can work in a fast-paced environment. Think strategically and analytically about business and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross functionally. Support key business systems and applications Further establish the newly implemented change management process Communicate and present findings to stakeholders Work in an ambiguous environment, drawing out and developing business requirements to meet changing needs Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights. Have a good understanding of Encryption methods and understand how they apply to different data types. Strongly developed problem-solving skills are crucial in this role. Need to be able to identify challenges within the organization and then implement certain procedures and processes to overcome them. Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations. Qualifications BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or relevant work experience. Experience with Kiteworks, MOVEit, IPSwitch, and good understanding of Managed File Transfer Systems.
