Knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, at all levels of management. Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Change Management, Release Management and Service Asset and Configuration Management. Knowledge of Release Management principles and the release management lifecycle including scheduling and coordinating releases across multiple vendors and applications. Knowledge of change management principles and practices, change control board activities and change request processing. Proficient in release management principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through project closure. Knowledge of basic management principles and practices, methods of data collection and analysis; and Ability to organize risks and issues for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.State Government / Public Sector (preferred) Medicaid / Healthcare (preferred) Project / Program Management Certification (preferred) Facilitation (preferred) ServiceNow Competency Access Management Change Management Incident Management Self Service Applications (Proficiency is Preferred) ServiceNow Salesforce.com Okta Remedy GitHub Sysaid JIRA AWS Cloud Services Snowflake PowerBI Tableau Education Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
