If you are interested, you can reach me on LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/narayanarao2 and share resumes to [email protected] Title: HR Business Systems Analyst Onsite in Montreal Canada with Workday HCM and Recruiting, including business processes, configuration and reporting & data integration experience, including data mapping and testing Exp Level: Senior Consultant Onsite in Montreal Canada Duration : 6 months Rate : Open / hr Overview: Client is going through a multi-year Talent Acquisition transformation journey that will replace the existing recruiting systems and processes with the Workday Applicant Tracking System. The HR Data Management team will play a key role in partnering with internal and external recruit data consumers to draft requirements, drive configuration build, facilitate testing and enable data distribution through our HR APIs. You will: The HR Business Systems Analyst will partner with Workday HCM & ATS teams, Talent Acquisition leads and Data Consumers to: Document the functional requirements and catalogue use cases and definitions for metrics Create a data mapping inventory between current and future state systems at both a micro (data element) and macro (data ecosystem) level Coordinate with internal MS technologists and external vendor implementation partner to write requirements for sourcing data using Workday delivered APIs and custom RaaS reports Conduct unit testing of business process and configuration requirements, recommend solutions to enhance/improve the data model for API consumption and coordination modifications with Workday and HR API team Facilitate and coordinate testing for downstream system consumers, including setting up regular meetings with functional and technical users to define testing schedules, sequencing of scenario testing and managing test case entry Troubleshoot integrations and consult with HR API teams to respond to data quality tickets and investigations You have: Bachelors degree in a relevant field required 7-10 years of relevant experience in business analytics Hands-on data integration experience, including data mapping and testing Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting, including business processes, configuration and reporting Robust project management, organizational and analytical skills, keen attention to details and ability to document changes, processes and test plans Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders Ability to balance multiple activities/workstreams and prioritize time optimally Takes initiative and tackles challenges collaboratively Thanks & Regards, Narayana Rao Sr Manager (Recruitments) 3MK Software Solutions LLC Email: [email protected] Website: http://3mkllc.com/ Connect me on Linkedin too for daily updates and REQUIREMENTS: linkedin.com/in/narayanarao2 Note: WANT TO GET MY DIRECT CLIENT REQUIREMENTS DAILY Please click on below link and clink on Ask to join Group Keywords: microsoft |
