ITSM Reporting Consultant Location: Dallas, TX - (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: 6-12 months Job Description: Creating, editing, presenting, and posting all client-facing materials for Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly recurring meetings. AdHoc report with PowerBI Business data analytics requests. AdHoc report requests. Understanding individual events in the production environment and explaining how that event will impact the individual SLR metrics. Monitoring compliance with contract terms and conditions and providing recommendations to resolve issues related to non-compliance. Complete all available SLR reporting before the 15th of every month. Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with inputs from technical teams and utilizing SNOW reports CSAT report creating quarterly Coordinating and conducting monthly business reviews to report Service Level compliance, customer satisfaction, and service improvements, and providing transformation recommendations that support the clients strategic initiatives and commitments. Get Well Plan creation and execution following each Quarterly CSAT Responsible for cross-tower oversight of Network Data, Voice, IT Security, and the SOC (+++ Workplace Services and Enterprise Computing). Serving as a primary management point of contact for clients, vendors, and city stakeholders. Coaching team members to ensure personnel are meeting Service Level Targets Managing the contractual relationship between the client and Zensar Technologies. Primary resource for answering all Client contract-related questions. Working with legal agreements, including, but not limited to: NDA, MSA, Reseller and other agreements routinely used in the contracts management sector. Supporting audit compliance efforts. Managing Zensar badge requests. Overseeing Compliance requirements Training Requirements Sarbanes Oxley Managing the relationship with Ocean Discovery Institute (ODI) as Zensars local community outreach partner organization.
