Investment industry acumen is strongly desired so the Analyst will not have to learn the investment transaction lifecycle. The manager believes that a resource without this background would struggle. At the high-level, the Program is more Waterfall There can be some opportunities for Scrum/Agile at the individual project workstreams level Analyst should be comfortable with both methodologies. Exposure to Cybersecurity project work is a plus. Look at candidates from AWM firms like SEI, DB, JPMC, State Street, T Rowe, LPL, WF, BOA, Citi, etc. - they will have the right domain backgrounds (not retail banking or credit cards).\\ Strong skills in following project plans, managing timelines/milestones, escalating issues - holding people accountable to the plan Great and effective oral and written communication skills - presence will matter greatly both in interview and in the role. Strong documentation skills. Strong professionalism skills. Strong verbal communication skills. Experienced in creating and maintaining process flow documents. Experienced leading working sessions. There is a lot of documentation to create in this role. This is a true Business-side Business Analyst role, not necessarily someone who grew up in IT. However, the successful candidate must understand technology and help to translate IT processes to the business stakeholders. This is a highly cross-functional role. There is heavy interaction with various stakeholders, SMEs, and extended project team members. Keywords: database information technology Pennsylvania |
