As a member of the Corporate Procurement Trade In team, you will join a highly skilled and motivated team thats tasked with ensuring the best possible experience for our customers. The Trade In Team oversees the partners that support our Retail Trade In program and ensures that customers get the best value for their used devices and the best experience while trading them in. The Corporate Procurement Trade In Team Project Manager supports the Trade In team in project management, negotiations, and vendor management to facilitate the continued success of program and drive business decisions. This position requires sharp attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a bias for action, and a demonstrated ability to distill complex topics into actionable next steps to drive the business forward. Key Qualifications Extraordinary verbal communication skills, the ability to lead meetings, track actions and drive follow ups Excellent written communication skills, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with external partners Demonstrated project management experience, the ability to manage a project from inception to completion managing to a timeline and engaging cross functional partners Proficient with Excel, the ability to manipulate spreadsheets and pull key insights from analysis Maintains poise and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment Meticulous attention to detail and ability to function effectively when working independently or in a team Ability to rapidly learn, be inquisitive, and adapt to dynamic requests Ability to deal with high level of ambiguity and operate in a fast paced environment Education and Experience Bachelors Degree required, plus 7-9 years of experience or the equivalent Experience with vendor, customer or client facing work Experience with negotiations or procurement strongly preferred 3+ Preferred At least three years of experience of writing SQR programs and PeopleSoft People Code. 3+Preferred Doing in-depth data analysis. 2+ Preferred PeopleSoft Application Engine programming. 1+ Required PeopleSoft XML Publisher Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Base Benefits, core HR functionality to understand ERS benefits, and financial systems, internally and externally. Considerable experience using SQL with an Oracle database, SQR programming, People Code, Application Engine programs. Experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher reporting. Experience with Web Services and integrating web services between PeopleSoft and third-party applications is a plus. Ability to draw flow diagrams to show pictorially the new or existing processes. Ability to handle multiple projects at one time. Skill in the use of computer equipment and in modifying programs for computer applications. Advanced ability to process information logically; to design programs and systems logically; to prepare program specifications; to code, test, and debug computer programs; to interpret technical information relating to PeopleSoft programming and other areas of data processing; and to perform mathematical calculations. Must be capable of conducting design review meetings and documenting the meeting minutes. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
