Client is in the middle of an Agile, Digital and AI Transformation. Client has some Agile expertise but does not currently have a full-time coach. Some areas of IT&D are practicing Product Oriented Delivery (POD), and some new areas would like to transition to the POD from Waterfall and Hybrid Agile SDLCs.
