Job Description: The Enterprise Architect is responsible for ensuring that the overall architecture of the billing consolidation project and the integrations to other enterprise systems are done properly. The Enterprise Architect will work closely with the program manager, the business analysts, the solution architects, and the developers to define and document the architectural vision, principles, standards, and best practices for the project. The Enterprise Architect will also guide and support the project team throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to deployment and maintenance. Responsibilities Define and document the architectural vision, principles, standards, and best practices for the billing consolidation project and the integrations to other enterprise systems. Review and approve the solution architecture and design documents prepared by the solution architects and the developers. Ensure that the solution architecture and design are aligned with the business requirements, the enterprise architecture, and the industry standards. Identify and mitigate architectural risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the project scope, schedule, quality, or performance. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the project team and ensure the project follows the established architectural guidelines and best practices. Collaborate with the project manager, the business analysts, the solution architects, and the developers to resolve any architectural challenges or conflicts that may arise during the project. Work closely with ATN Internationals lead Solution Architect and provide support guidance as needed. Communicate and present the architectural vision, principles, standards, and best practices to the project stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and vendors. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the telecommunications billing and enterprise architecture domains. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. At least 10 years of experience in telecommunications billing systems, preferably with Amdocs experience. At least 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably with TM Forum familiarity. Strong knowledge and understanding of the billing consolidation project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Strong knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications billing domain, including the business processes, data models, interfaces, and standards. Strong knowledge and understanding of the enterprise systems integrated with the billing system, such as CRM, ERP, OSS, BSS, etc. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
