The candidate must have expert functional knowledge and experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Recruitment (ORC), Workforce Compensation Good experience in identification, assessment and providing solutions for complex functional requirements/issues on Oracle Fusion HCM The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers for requirement gathering, providing solution, configuration, testing and go-live.
