Requirements Analysis, Process design in the SAP Sales & Customer Services area Excellent understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution / Order to Cash module for Life-science client. Business acumen for processes - Order taking, Order Processing, Shipping, Billing process. Strong functional configuration skills - SAP SD related and SD-MM, SD-FI Integration process Claims Management and Returns process knowledge. Work with the SAP technical team for translating functionality requirements into technical design. Good knowledge of Tax determination, Excise and GST process. Demonstrate Technical / functional understanding on Inbound and Outbound Interfaces. Good understanding and worked on Pricing procedure with respect to Contract pricing. Understanding / worked on CCM (Condition Contract Management) in SAP S4 HANA. Contract Management settlement process. Basic understanding of Vistex and interface with SAP. In-depth understanding of SAP SD Foreign Trade and End to end Export Sales process.
