Engagement Requirements: While the engagement will be largely remote and the candidate can be located anywhere within the continental US, the candidate maybe required to travel to the commissions headquarters on a as needed basis mainly for the critical phases of the project such as requirements gathering, solution confirmation, System Integration testing, UAT, Go-live, and hyper care. No additional travel expense will be provided REQUIRD SKILLS : Bachelors degree in business management or information systems. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes. Extensive Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center based back office is highly desired. Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project. 5 years of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) system functional support experience. 1 successful SAP BRIM implementation experience in an SAP S/4 HANA landscape. ServiceNow experience in PPM and ITSM modules Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies Experience working with the critical phases of the project such as requirements gathering, solution confirmation, System Integration testing, UAT, Go-live, and hyper care With the implementation of the new solution, implementing the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) based on SAP S/4HANA. Engaging a System Integrator (SI) to perform the implementation; however, it has limited experience in the BRIM functionality and technical details. This position is to understand the needs and desires and work with the System Integrator (SI) to implement a fully functional and reliable BRIM Application as part of the system. This position is responsible for the Functional and Business process portion of the BRIM implementation and its posting to SAP S/4 HANA Finance module and validating all the functional aspects of the integrations with BRIM. This position will end approximately at the end of the implementation project Study and understand the current Billing and Revenue structure and functionality which is largely done in a proprietary system. Study and understand the desired Billing and Revenue functionality. Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designsto the system and the other technologies to assure the needs are met and including following the standards and policies. Act as BRIM subject matter expert and represent in meetings and workshops and works with the System Integrator (SI) team to ensure the needs are met. Act as a BRIM subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the leadership with enough details for the leadership to decide on how to proceed. Leads, and participates in project team meetings and activities for Billing and Revenue work efforts related to enterprise systems Develops and maintains plans and other documentation as required using the established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the organization. Reviews System Integrator (SI)s documentation on behalf of and advises to the IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation. Performs hands on testing as part of acceptance of the System Integrator (SI)s solution and provide their opinion to IT Program Manager on when a deliverable meets the needs and desires and if doesnt, provide documentation needed for to rectify any issues with the SI. Assists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement. Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the IT Program Manager.
