You like to challenge traditional assumptions about UX Design and Research seeking out, inventing, and testing new approaches and technologies. You have strong communication and leadership skills, focused on empathy and bringing out the best in your teammates through a collaborative and friendly approach. Skills for Success: 9+ years of UX experience including expertise in, and exposure to a subset of the following activities: (in order of preference) Interaction/information design visual design user research front end development motion design content strategy design thinking 4+ years on agile and/or Lean UX teams delivering value in digital products 1 - 3+ years track record conducting/using research to support evidence-focused design decisions Work samples, preferably ones that show how you think, vs perfect polished work in-flight is good Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills Prior experience working with large development teams and legacy systems Prior experience working with larger design teams in a highly collaborative manner Prior experience with client management or handling big stakeholder teams from prominent brands Familiarity with commonly used tools in design, including: Figma Adobe Creative Suite Ecomm, retail experience preferred.
