The job description is Job Title: JAMF Admin Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Job Description: What are the top 3 skills required for this role 1. JAMF experience and 200 certification level required/ 300 preferred 2. Provide end-to-end administration and MDM management for approximately 6000 production devices across multiple sites. Provide Tier 2/3 level iOS/MacOS support for technical issues, troubleshoot and resolve working with end users/other technical teams. 3. Perform iOS/OS updates - identify active devices and perform patching and updates Create Documentation - Technical and end user documentation; Dashboard work instructions and micro services that support it. Certification requirement: Must have Jamf 200 certification, preferred Jamf 300 certification JOB SUMMARY Experience maintaining a large deployment of systems managed by Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. Experience with macOS/iOS based platforms Jamf experience and 200 certification level required / 300 preferred Experience with utilization of 3rd party helper tools (MUT, etc.). Create, maintain and modify Jamf policies to support warehouse operations atmultiple sites. Post new and updated software packages, and ensure the proper updates are made to the MDM server. Understanding of server technologies such as Apache, ATS, experience using Red Hat Linux or derivative is a plus. Experience with scripting and command line utilities: i.e. , perl, python Familiarity with general information security best practices for desktops and mobile devices. Familiarity with basic networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, and firewalls. Roles and Responsibilities Provide end-to-end administration and MDM management for approximately 6000 production devices across multiple sites. Provide Tier 2/3 level iOS/MacOS support for technical issues, troubleshoot and resolve working with end users/other technical teams. Perform iOS/OS updates - identify active devices and perform patching and updates Create Documentation - Technical and end user documentation; Dashboard work instructions and micro services that support it. Data entry and clean up for security database and annual volume testing Assist with compiling quarterly data and completing vendor scoring.
