PMP Training required, an active PMP Certification is nice to have Must have experience working in an Agile Project Management environment Must have either Rally PM Tool or Microsoft Project (this is a PM software product) Must have software application experience to manage projects. Will be working on projects to track sensors on trucks. Must have experience drafting a project plan. Step 1 will be an interview with Problem Solutions. Step 2 will be an interview with their client, CLI or Sheets (CLI is the trucking company associated with Sheetz) Requirements: At least 5 years experience managing software application development projects. PMP training required, active PMP certification is nice to have. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, leading diverse technical teams involving design, software developers, and QA/testing resources. Experience working with multiple dependencies and communicating with other project managers and development teams to coordinate and prioritize dependencies. Experience communicating to stakeholders at various levels within an organization and to external stakeholders in a professional manner. Experience resolving conflicts of priorities and inter-personal conflicts. Willingness to be held accountable for project-related responsibilities including all deliverables and communicating issues when they arise so stakeholders are aware of potential delays or missed milestones, if/when necessary. Experience working as a contractor fully immersed in a client environment with no other co-workers. Great attention to detail, communicates appropriately with direct-report-to manager at PS any and all issues when they arise, before reporting to the client so as to seek counsel and guidance on proper communications. The team should not be caught off-guard by an issue. The team should be the first to know of any issues related to job performance or inter-personal conflicts with the client or client representation. Experience working as a contractor fully immersed in a client environment with no other co-workers. Required Skills: Experience working with software development applications, preferably in the transportation marketplace. The client projects will revolve around transportation software and tracking of trucks and other assets being transported to client store locations. PMP training is required as well as experience working in agile project management environments. PMP certification is nice to have. Must have software application experience to manage projects. Will be working on projects to track sensors on trucks. Must have experience drafting a project plan. Should have experience with either Rally PM Tool or Microsoft Project (this is a PM software product) Being able to competently handle oneself fully immersed in a client environment as a subcontractor to another contracting organization. Appropriateness of location for confidential conversations. Not undermining the lead contractor by having inappropriate conversations about employment or pay, etc. with anyone associated with the client. These would be immediate dismissal issues if they should arise.
