Must have experience in practicing Business Driven Development technique. Analyze the requirements for implementing them using Guidewire either by using Out-of-the-Box solutions in Guidewire platform or providing custom solutions. Participates in business workshops and provides solutions on technical changes. Estimates the work effort and review the effort from other developers in the team.
