Hope you are doing well.

Role: Support Engineer

Location: Austin,TX or Cupertino,CA (Day 1 onsite)

Duration: 12 Months 

Roles & Responsibilities:
Understanding of user study concepts and awareness of consumer electronics development Installation of SW, FW and potentially unique settings via scripts across multiple product lines
Able to unbox, update and repack units prior to transporting to DHx
Experience in a variety of data capture techniques and testing
Able to maintain and update organized lists of participants across multiple tools
Follow up with participants to capture units and document their experience

Skills:
Background in preparing product for testing
Understanding of Software installation and configurations
Work across multiple tools to track progress

Success Criteria/Definition of Done:
Units are received, SW/FW updated and returned for distribution in a timely manner
Participant lists and distributions groups are accurately maintained
Capture requests are acted on quickly, with clear common and documentation is complete.
Communication with the team is clear, effective and timely.
