Primary Responsibilities : Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. Monitor and analyze test results, identifying and addressing issues promptly. Implement and manage automated testing processes to enhance efficiency. Conduct reviews of testing processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop comprehensive test plans outlining the scope, objectives, resources, and schedule. Define testing strategies, methodologies, and test execution processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish testing goals and acceptance criteria. Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts. Publish defect matrix. Collaborate with cross-functional, development and product teams to resolve defects and improve software quality. Document new and updated test scenario descriptions in the test system Identify and assess potential risks related to testing and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address and resolve issues impacting the testing process or project timelines. Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports. Ensure that all testing activities are well-documented for future reference and audits. Communicate with PM and external third-party application owners' test schedules, including scheduling meetings. Secure final sign-off for system integration testing and user acceptance test. Provide input to the testing dashboards and Reports design. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Workday Testing Lead. Experience with Workday Development methodologies Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with agile and other development methodologies. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
