Please find the below job description and if you are interested, please forward your resume to [email protected] Role: Snowflake DBA Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Duration: 6-month contract Description: The Database Administrator will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of Cloud Platform Databases, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. This is a "hands-on" position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and sustainment of multiple Cloud Databases, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB ensuring operational readiness (security, health, and performance), supporting multiple development teams, and troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues as they arise. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively. Qualifications: 4-year degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education. 5+ years of Administration on Azure Data Bricks, MongoDB, and Snowflake experience required. 6+ years of SQL Server and performance tuning experience is required. 5+ years of IT Support experience in an enterprise environment 5 years of professional DBA experience. 3 years of professional DBA Snowflake experience. 2 years of professional terraform experience. 1-year professional experience in Azure cloud.
