Experience with architecture, development, and administration within Salesforce Marketing Cloud design and implementation; Experience guiding practices for contact studio and overall data flow using the integration capabilities of the platform including API, MC Connect, and files; Experience with HTML, JavaScript, WSProxy, and development of programmatic languages native to marketing cloud, SQL, and AMPScript; Experience designing complex data models and configuring, supporting, and developing business intelligence applications including Tableau, Datorama, or Informatica; Experience gathering business, marketing, analytical and technical requirements to craft comprehensive and scalable solutions to drive business outcomes and improve customer communications; and Experience with database management, segmentation, and ETL including understanding of relational database concepts and SQL Server and Teradata. Responsibilities: Facilitates the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
