Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies. Qualifications: Workday Certified. A minimum of five years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM implementation and upgrade experience. Completion of one full implementation with Workday HCM and Workday certification in HCM or Integration. Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level. Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality. Successful candidates will have these skills: Candidate should have strong communication skills. Candidate should have strong client facing skills. Candidates should present themselves well. Candidates should not talk over the interviewer / customer. Candidates should be able to recap well and summarize the customers problem. Candidates should be concise in their communications.
