This is Shalman from Securekloud, We do have opening for our client, Role : Systems Admin (Windows + VM Ware + Citrix) Location : Remote Duration : Long-Term Contract Job Description : Windows Server , VM Ware Supporting Network Integration Activities, Citrix Upgrade, Server Team KLO Responsibilities: Windows Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments. Perform regular updates, patches, and system optimizations. Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues promptly. VMWare Administration: Manage and maintain VMWare virtualization infrastructure. Monitor virtual machine performance and resource utilization. Implement virtualization best practices and optimizations. Network Integration Activities: Collaborate with the network team to integrate systems into the existing network infrastructure. Ensure seamless communication and connectivity between servers and network components. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues affecting system performance. Citrix Upgrade: Plan and execute Citrix infrastructure upgrades. Collaborate with the Citrix team to ensure a smooth transition and minimal downtime. Conduct testing and validation of Citrix upgrades before deployment. Server Team KLO (Key Learning Objectives): Work closely with the Server Team to identify and achieve key learning objectives. Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of server-related processes and procedures. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for all system configurations and changes. Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system-related tasks. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and implement solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to other IT teams and end-users. Security and Compliance: Ensure servers and systems comply with security policies and standards. Implement security best practices to safeguard the infrastructure.
