User acceptance testing, Test Scripts CURRENT OR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE ON GOVERMENT OR STATE OFFICE IS HIGHLY REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS MARKED AS REQUIRED Job Description This project will remediate SAVERR code in the Premiums Payable System (PPS) and Texas Medical Transportation System (TMTS) by replacing SAVERR code with TOA code and business logic. The Systems Analyst is an Information Technology (IT) position and will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automated and business processes. The Systems Analyst will collaborate with business subject matter experts and develop User Stories. The Systems Analyst will provide analysis and testing services for the implementation of the Managed Care Organization (MCO) Non-Risk Payment System (MCNPS). This position will provide requirements analysis to create test cases and scripts for functional and non-functional requirements, prepare test data, execute test scripts, analyze data, support user acceptance testing. II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 6 Required Effectively communicate with non-technical audience to understand business needs and explain complex systems and technical topics in clear and concise manner. 6 Required Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with technical, non-technical and different levels of users 6 Required Skilled in meeting facilitation and requirements gathering. 6 Required Skilled in developing and documenting business process work flows 6 Required Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts 6 Required Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing 6 Required . Skilled in developing User Stories 6 Required Skilled in Use of Microsoft Excel 4 Required Experience supporting software development using Agile methodology 2 Preferred Project experience supporting JAVA J2EE applications development teams 1 Preferred Experience with Health and Human Services or other State Agency.
