Title: Data Support Location: REMOTE Mode of Interview: Video Job focuses on making many phone calls, developing relationships and cleaning up data in Project Tracker for Client Network Installations. Consultant will be working with Network Installations so knowledge of Networking is very helpful. Will be making many phone calls to vendors and field site people to get correct information to fill into Excel Spreadsheet and put into Project Tracker. Requires outstanding interpersonal skills to develop relationships with Field site contacts and Vendors. Good Excel skills. Communications via email but need to be interacting. Data is not clean. The most important part of this role is cleaning up the data and working with field site contacts. This activity needs to be done ahead of planning for the installations. In some cases this Business Analyst Consultant will need to find out who is the field site contact person. Job Qualifications & Responsibilities Data Entry and clean up required. Project Tracker is entirely in Excel with 750 lines of data (field sites). Must work solely in Tracker for cleaning up the correct information and adding new information data. Responsible for updating data in Tracker with the Vendors, Field Procurement and Project Manager. Responsible for validating site installations, addresses, contact, creating maps of sites for vendor, overseeing hardware tracking and deliveries, vendor install, Network configuration completion, tracking statuses of vendor and procurement. Required Project Skills Distribute communications at each stage of the installation to keep appropriate group informed. Determine Field Site contact and develop strong working relationship with each via Teams Chat, Touch bases, Phone calls Develop strong working relationship with vendors, via chat touch base and reach out with phone calls. Introduction of vetting site for readiness and the field site contact will be reaching out to you. Verification of site readiness. Site installation scheduling and coordination of Vendor readiness including hardware onsite and access to Network closet. Site Hardware delivery upcoming Site Hardware Delivery Shipped Site hardware delivered and confirmed by site field Site installation Reminder of schedule Site completion (Including Network configuration).
