8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of DevSecOps experience.

Must have strong leadership and managerial skills.

In-depth knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps best practices.

Extensive experience in managing deployment and certificate processes.

Strong experience with tools like Octopus, Jenkins, Gradle, ServiceNow, Autodeploy, and MSI Package deployments.

Strong understanding of Continuous Delivery concepts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive and thorough customer service approach.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in data analysis to drive decisions and direction.

Familiarity with audit processes.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Job responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to the Deployment & Certificate team.

Conduct detailed Deployement & Certificate renewal review and analysis.

Manage the Business Readiness Confirmation process.

Provide reporting and metrics as requested.

Attend scheduled meetings (team, incident, department, etc.).

Utilize ServiceNow to maintain and process work.

Support and validate tool upgrades and enhancements (ServiceNow, AutoDeploy).

Actively investigate, propose, and implement continuous process improvements.

Provide monthly report of team productivity, metrics and improvement opportunities

Maintain team schedule ensuring proper coverage

Maintain the team on-call schedule to ensure proper coverage
