Review requirements documents. Monitor the creation of Test Plans and Test Cases from requirements and ensure they are updated and needed. Review test plans, test cases and test results from other teams and provide feedback. Monitor and report on the progress of testing. Raise risks to the QA activities related to the project and timelines. Report on testing status including any risks to testing or schedule. Perform duties with minimal supervision Attend meetings as necessary Skills Required: Strong Knowledge in QA methods and practices Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC under Agile, DevOps and Waterfall methods Knowledgeable in QA automation techniques and uses Knowledgeable in various SDLC practices including Agile, Dev Ops, and Waterfall Knowledgeable in HIPAA rules Strong communication skills Attention to detail Self-starter Able to work independently or as part of a team Experience Required: Experience testing mainframe applications including batch processes Experience with SQL, SQL Server and/or other large databases Experience testing file formats on different platforms Experience devising and implementing strategies to address testing challenges Experience with healthcare applications 3 years experience leading/managing large testing efforts with multiple overlapping phases 5 years experience as a test lead 3 years experience with Azure DevOps platform 3 years experience testing web-based applications Education Required: 4 year degree plus 4-5 years of working experience.
