Development of Internal and External integrations using HCM Data Extract and OIC Development of complex fast formulas and configuration of necessary flex configs within the system to meet business requirements. Research and implement new features and functions within the Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments. Work extensively with technology systems analysts, developers, testers, system administrators to collaborate and develop application security solutions which meet the technology and business requirements for all applicable testing and production environments. Must have hands on experience with developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud. Knowledge with HCM Data Extract, Fast Formula, OTBI/BI Publisher is required. Must have a strong understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud data model. Must have experience building complex SQL statements withing database tools and reporting applications. Knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes, tasks, and underlying table structures Having experience with descriptive/extensible flex fields, HDL, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, fast formulas, user defined tables, value sets, value set queries is a plus. Techno functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM, Workbrain, Recruiting Manager, Empower, and ServiceNow are highly desired. Data and analytical and troubleshooting skills required.
