Were looking for a Product Manager to: own (together with the Crew Product Lead) the overall quality of the Crews products including their operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes help formulate US regulatory reporting long-term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and key results, help analyze the business context and competitor landscape. interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, including writing business requirements and testing. partner closely with the Crew Product and Technical Leads, aligned businesses and control functions across streams and divisions. Your expertise: strong product leadership skills with knowledge of US SEC and FINRA regulatory reporting regulations including, but not limited to, Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) and SEC Rules 605 & 606 experience in developing and implementing 1st LoD supervisory controls for compliance with SEC and FINRA rules and regulations, including but not limited to, Regulation NMS, Regulation SHO, and Trade Reporting obligations (TRF). experience in streamlining and automating processes to improve time to market for regulatory and business change initiatives expertise with big data environments, with a focus on data normalization, accessibility, and record keeping requirements data-driven and analytical mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions focus on client centricity and commercial success ability to drive change across the organization and influence key stakeholders significant platform and F2B process design expertise with ability to adopt complex requirements across functions (trading, middle office, operations, data, etc.) Keywords: |
