Salesforce Technical Program Manager Tysons, Virginia On site from day 1 Visa: GC USC H1B GC EAD H4 EAD with Passport number Linkedin Mandatory C2C or W2 Job Description We are currently hiring a Salesforce Technical Program Manager who is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Salesforce Center of Excellence optimization projects within our clients Marketing organization. The person in this role will facilitate the agile development process, ensuring that the Scrum team adheres to Scrum practices, and maximizes the team productivity and efficiency. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with the company goals and objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 5+ years hands-on IT experience and 3+ years of experience managing and contributing to Salesforce optimization projects, preferably as a Program Manager or Project Manager. Strong knowledge and prior hands-on experience of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, migration and customization options. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder required. Experience working as a Scrum Master in Salesforce implementation projects. Experience/Exposure to the Salesforce Ecosystem as whole with emphasis on Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud (New Product good to have), Marketing cloud, Financial cloud, Mule integration (Familiarity). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with agile project management tools, such as Jira Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master) encouraged but not required.
