| Client ATS (Anderson Trucking Services) Position: Senior Integrations Platform Developer Location: St. Cloud, MN Hybrid: 2 days on site to start (Tue and Wed) and then, after six months, 1 day in the office 6-12 months -> Contract to Hire (candidate must be open to full time after a contract period) Visa: USC preferred, GC accepted (no H1Bs) will also take W2 on our payroll and we pay finders fee, for this the rate would be Must have LinkedIn and education on resume Summary: The Senior Integration Platform Developer is responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions that facilitate integration capabilities that support the company's business strategies and objectives. This role provides technical consulting to management, business users, and teammates as well as actual programming services to bring those desired solutions to production. Education and Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in the application integration domain, designing and developing reliable, scalable, and efficient integration solutions. Proven experience designing, building, and managing enterprise-level RESTful APIs following microservices patterns, using Java, Spring Boot, and Go. Working knowledge of cloud service offerings, preferably GCP. Experience with API management, preferably using Apigee. Ability to demonstrate experience with integration security best practices including OAuth, JWT, and role-based access control. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Solid understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies (SaaS, PaaS), Linux containerization, and CI/CD automation. Preferred familiarity with the principles of Site Reliability Engineering to improve availability, latency, performance, and capacity. Preferred exposure to real-time data streaming pipelines using Kafka. Preferred experience integrating with EDI systems. Advanced analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate an idea or need into a completed solution or work product. Solid experience in generating standardized documentation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, listening, and verbal). Must be self-motivated and work independently. Must be a team player, amenable to a variety of work projects. Must be able to demonstrate a proactive commitment to ATS corporate values and the success of all staff. Willing and able to travel occasionally, including overnight travel. (minimal travel) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions that facilitate the integration of different enterprise systems, applications, and data. Suggest changes to internal procedures that enhance the use of new or existing software. Develop test scenarios and plans for ensuring scalability, repeatability, resilience, and administrative operations of integrated solutions. Contribute to the creation/maintenance/adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control processes for the Integration Platform. Participate in all aspects of the solution delivery life cycle including analysis, estimation, design, coding, testing, production deployment, and support. Apply standard integration patterns and practice to designing and building of integration services to ensure they remain fit for purpose, secure, scalable, and maintainable. Perform maintenance on integration platform technologies (upgrades and enhancements). Coach and mentor less experienced developers. Keep abreast with industry technologies and tools in the integration domain. Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding company information to maintain a professional work environment. Research and resolve inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
