Functional Core HR applications exp. required. Heavy Reporting exp. with OTBI/OBIEE/BO. Someone very well versed in Oracle HCM Cloud. Min. 10 plus years HCM/HR exp. This is a new Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. We are in need of an Oracle SME with HCM experience. The correct person will be a Business Analyst with in depth experience in understanding what it takes to upgrade from legacy systems to the latest platforms/modules that Oracle has to offer. Experience with On-prem and cloud Oracle implementations preferred. Additional Desirable Skills: Wider experience of HR processes from a business context Experience of other Oracle Cloud modules including: Learning , Benefits, Talent Management or Helpdesk.
