Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate requirements and information from the various MDEQ divisions into technical specifications. Working knowledge of the following: Visual Studio Visual Basic C# JavaScript .Net Framework Oracle Forms Microsoft Server Windows 10.11 Redact.js SQL programming languages. Familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Databases, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Crystal Reports, PowerBI, and SSRS A good understanding of Accounting and HR processes (ex. invoices, quotes, purchase requisitions, payroll processing and etc.). Preferred skills Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 7-10+ years of IT experience with emphasis in applications development and support.
