Problem Managemento Investigate and correct operational issues of the SRM ecosystem Includes identifying failed or incorrect reportso Investigate and correct invalid or bad data in reports Includes investigating when anomalous data or pattern is reporto Work with cross-functional teams (storage operations, Security, Cloud Operations, Compute teams, and network teams) to implement or troubleo Open Service Tickets with Dell SRM support to identify and manage to resolution any issues with Dell SRM ViPR product Example: Bad metrics being reported, Support for specific firmware levels for devices being monitor. Customer Managemento Work with consumers/requesters to define Requirements and implement or change reportso Work with cross-functional team to understand storage metrics Primary Working hours Pacific Time.
